High-capacity industrial water chillers

MAXILINE units are high-efficiency, air-cooled water chillers. They cover the widest range of cooling capacities, making them a reliable and high-quality basis for medium and large industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. MAXILINE units are intended for outdoor installation.

MAXILINE units are available with 1 or 2 refrigeration circuits. The compressor in each circuit is specifically designed and certified for operation with flammable refrigerants. Capacity control is achieved using high-efficiency frequency inverters, providing compressor soft start and smooth, continuous speed modulation. As an alternative to frequency inverters, capacity control can be achieved using compressor capacity control heads. Plate heat exchangers are used as evaporators, reducing the refrigerant charge. Air condensers are microchannel aluminum heat exchangers, and up to 16 such exchangers can be installed (P16 configuration). Axial fans with EC motors enable variable speed control, resulting in exceptionally high operating efficiency.

Each MAXILINE unit is factory tested and delivered pre-charged with refrigerant and oil. Conformity assessment is carried out in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU. The unit complies with all safety and environmental requirements.
