Small-capacity chillers

MINIS units are high-efficiency, compact water chillers with exceptionally low noise emission. They are developed to meet the cooling requirements of smaller refrigeration systems and are intended for outdoor installation.

The MINIS unit consists of a single refrigeration circuit. It uses a hermetic scroll compressor with advanced performance and significantly lower noise during operation, designed and certified for use with flammable refrigerants. Thanks to the wide operating frequency range, scroll compressors provide a broad range of achievable cooling capacity.

A plate heat exchanger with advanced characteristics is used as the evaporator, ensuring maximum heat transfer efficiency while reducing the required refrigerant charge. The air condenser is of microchannel aluminum design. Axial fans equipped with EC motors allow variable speed control and variable condensing temperature operation.

Each MINIS unit is factory tested and delivered pre-charged with refrigerant and oil. Conformity assessment is carried out in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU. The unit complies with all safety and environmental requirements.
