Small-capacity chillers

The MINILINE series consists of high-efficiency, air-cooled water chillers in a very compact design. They are developed to meet the cooling requirements of smaller refrigeration systems and are intended for outdoor installation.

The compressor is semi-hermetic reciprocating, controlled by a high-efficiency frequency inverter that provides soft start and continuous compressor speed variation for cooling capacity control. In MINILINE configurations with two refrigeration circuits, a shared dual plate evaporator with advanced characteristics (SWEP True Dual technology) is used to connect both refrigeration circuits to the hydraulic circuit via a single plate evaporator. This design ensures unit compactness, maximum heat exchange efficiency, and a reduced refrigerant charge. The air condenser is of microchannel aluminum design. Axial fans with EC motors enable variable speed control and variable condensing temperature operation.

Each MINILINE unit is factory tested and delivered pre-charged with refrigerant and oil. Conformity assessment is carried out in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU. The unit complies with all safety and environmental requirements.

GENERAL
